My mothers house caught on fire on a Saturday. I called SERVPRO that Monday. Tristan the mitigation manager arrived the day after I contacted SERVPRO. He arrived, scoped things out and explained what was going to happen next. His patience, warmth, and friendliness were very critical when communicating with a shocked, confused, and distressed family, which is expected after your home is destroyed. Over the days and weeks that followed, he continued communicating and responding to our constant questions and comments very well. The cleaning and mitigation process went as smoothly as it could have gone after complete fire and water damage. There was no way my family could have cleaned and mitigated as smoothly and as quickly as Tristan did with his team. We needed them. Everyone was professional, friendly, and hard working. The worker that stood out the most with the cleaning and sorting of contents stage was Leticia. It was incredibly helpful that she spoke Spanish because she was able to communicate directly with my mother who is not a native English speaker. She was relatable, friendly, and professional. SERVPRO truly displayed exceptional cleaning and mitigation work from start to finish. We are now in the renovation stage.
